Profile in Takoma Park Newsletter

Last spring, I received an Azalea Award in the category of “Arts Leader” in my town from the Takoma Park Foundation. The award recognized my efforts to organize the Night of 1,000 Fridas in downtown Takoma Park and the completion at the mural at the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars, Post 350.

Theodore Carter is the author of Stealing The Scream, Frida Sex Dreams and Other Unnerving Disruptions, and The Life Story of a Chilean Sea Blob and Other Matters of Importance.
